Canon Copier FAQ

Our school transitioned to our new Canon Copiers at the end of the 2024 school year.     Below are some frequently asked questions that should help to try to make the transition as smooth as possible.

UniFlow online is a cloud-based secure print, scan and cloud services.  

Before you start printing for the 1st time you will you will receive a new pin code by email once your setup is complete.  Log into the copier with your new pin code.

  1. When you are picking the printer to send your job, the name of the printer is "Secure Print Cloud".
  2. All of the Canon copiers are set up for you to scan your badge once you follow the initial setup or your new pin code.     You must have your new pin code to activated your badge for the first time.   Scan your badge on the copier and enter your pin code, you will only have to do this once.  
  3. For security reason, when you send a job to print, it will not print immediately. You must go to one of the Canon machines and scan your badge or pin code, then go through the ‘Secure Print”’ option and release the job.
  4. Please keep in mind that all jobs stay in the queue for only 24 hours. Once the 24 hours have expired, the job is removed from your queue. You will have to resend it in order to print.

Chromebook & Chrome Browser Printing

Click on the following link and view the video instructions.  For the first time at the setup you will received an email with your new pin code.  

When printing from Chrome browser make sure select “BPS Secure Print”.  (uniflow online)

Email Printing

Users can send their uploaded or attached files to email to mobile@brookfieldps.org

You will receive and email that is was sent to the printer and received an additional email when it is ready.  This could take up to 5 minutes.
