Technical Support:

Email the Help Desk for any technical assistance you require.  The subject should be brief summary of the issue your are experiencing.   State your room number and location.  Your email will be automatically routed to the on-site technician. 

Email:

New employees will receive their email accounts (lastnamefirstinital@brookfieldps.org).  Brookfield Public Schools is a Google District, so email can be accessed by going directly to Gmail. New Employees will receive your account information, passwords from the Technology Services Department.

ClassLink:

ClassLink provides OneClick single sign-on into web and Windows applications, and instant access to files at school and in the cloud. Accessible from any computer, tablet or smartphone. ClassLink will be used by students and staff to access digital curriculum/resource sites that are SSO capable.  The Technology Services Department will provide your username and password, which is the same as below (Computer/Network Account Information)  ClassLink Launchpad

Computer/Network Account Information:

Your username and password allow you access to network resources.  Users are responsible for all actions taken with their username.  Therefore, it is extremely important that you do not share your password.  A username will automatically be generated for new employees once the employee's paperwork is processed by the Town School Offices.  Your account information is typically available the same business day or next business day.  The Technology Services Department will provide your username and password.

Wireless Network

Every building within the District has building-wide wireless access.  The secure wireless network is intended for use by staff and students.  The guest wireless network is primarily for temporary use by visitors in the buildings.    Your username and password is your computer/network account that was provided by the Technology Services Department.  

PowerSchool/PowerTeacher:

Whom do I contact for my username and password if I am a new employee?

Denise Walsh sets new users for PowerSchool.  Please contact Denise Walsh.  Username: lastnamefirstinitial.  You will receive your password from Denise Walsh or from someone on the list below.
